why are those who went to study abroad refused to come home to make adiddferent?

Some pepole are sponsor to study abroad either by state or federal and some you the masses money too.

What is the problem of Nigeria law or leaders that prevent acquired knowlodge from outside been but to use in the country? Almost ex-president and governors study abroad yet they can't implement anything they saw ro study over there back home.

Or is it true that bring Nigerians to UK and take uk people to Nigeria and in three years Nigeria will UK And UK will be Nigeria?
