Spentswitch5, I thank you for the post. The power sector has been a sector that has gulped a lot of Nigeria's resources with little or no improvement. The relatively recent Power Sector reforms is as a response to this. I am not so optimistic of its success. I feel corruption should be dealt with first and all other problems shall be easy.
